How will upper management address and prevent the "favoritism" issues that so many employees see as THE major problem with pay banding. I have personally asked in NSPS sessions and the general response seems to be that "it will be a minor issue, not to worry, supervisors normally wouldn't do that, etc". Well I have been working in government for 27years and have always been lucky enough to have good supervisors...but those same "good" supervisors had personality differences with coworkers who didn't deserve to be treated differently than me simply because the supervisor liked me better than them. I see this as the catalyst to many lawsuits, grievances, complaints unless we address it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
