Comments:
Is there a checks and balance process to ensure the true performers will be compensated and not just the "Good ole boy" crowd. Additionally is there a QA/QC process to ensure NSPS will be enacted where ever DOD employees are serving in the world. Words can not express my profound thanks to the founders/authors of this program. If I can contribute in any way, I stand ready.
