Comments:
I would like to see more dedication and information in the in processing of the new personnel and the opportunity to select programs that we have in the system. The personnel in processing are the base for the future of the force and have numerous of important decision to make during the in processing stage and with out this packages they can not make the best decision and later in there career they do not have the opportunity to take the opportunity of this programs.
