General: I think DOD and everyone involved in developing the NSPS should promptly reject the proposed NSPS. I know the proposed NSPS will undermine the Civil Service and hurt the mission extremely. Have you forgot the 911 MASSACRE? If the NSPS is implemented, this act will not be as DEVASTATED as the 911 but their will be more Workplace Violent existing because you are endangering our livelihood and the only honest way as FREE AMERICANS can support our families. I oppose the implementation of NSPS and I urge you to halt the development of NSPS.
