Why is NSPS leading us to the back shed with a hickory stick to our bottom dollar rights as loyal civil servants? Many shipyards will be placed on the BRAC List. This added to the situation lowers self esteem. Please avoid added stress levels by haulting NSPS and improve our working environment by inoculating us with a morale booster shot. I have spoken!
