I'am concerned about the cost of living raise because as we all know health insurance cost is not going down.If this new regulation happens we will become sitting ducks for the health insurance companies to take advantage of us.At least with cola we have a little offset on insurance.The cola helps us keep health insurance cost manageable to a certain extent,with out it our pay checks will continue to spiral down.
