Comments:
We should never allow non-US citizens to be in the GS or WS ranks...never allow any of this work out of country or to foreign companies working within the US.....any work done for the US government in any way should always be by US citizens. What we need is a real dedication to improving the workforce....real skill training, giving the funds for better training, including more college work. The US Gov needs to find the best practices to keep people...look to the commercial sector. Its going to get very competitive to get and keep good people. Most of all, listen to us....let us tell you how we want to do our work and what we need.
