From everything I have read to date, I am against the NSPS. There appear to be to many loop holes that will hurt individuals. Even now, the trend is leaning towards giving promotions to inexperienced Interns over people with dedicated service of 15 plus years with experience plus. And I don't like the idea of service in a war zone, just because an individual says your going. Translation of "mobility" was not explained in that manner. This whole idea of NSPS does not sound like it will help me or the war fighter.
