Comments:
Our current system should be left as is. We are currently at war and if this system is changed no one will work the extra time if needed since we have no idea what our pay is going to be. There will be no incentive and all this system will do is hurt the soldier. The hard working employees that are currently out there will be few and far between once this system is implemented. Good luck trying to get additional work accomplished.
