I am concerned about the implementation of a system that relies on personal opinion for rewards. Weren't the current pay systems implemented to correct/change/protect government workers from unscrupulous business practices of supervisors and managers in the first place? It seems like a giant step backwards for all government workers and appears to make our jobs much less secure, and seems to open the government up to increased exposure for potential lawsuits from discrimination and reprisal claims. I think this change is definitely NOT in the best interest of the employees!
