The proposed pay system is intended to attract, develop, retain, and reward high-performing employees through appropriate compensation. This has the potential to be terribly abused. If you happen not to be a "favorite' of your supervisor, how will you ever be compensated fairly? I think this is a terrible idea for the 'hard-working' unassuming employee.
