Where iin this new plan is there a way to recognise and show appreciation for employees who haave been loyal for many years. You show no seniority, which might I add the civilian community does recognise this in an employee. They always get compensateed for this. Let's not make things a big mess out of something that should be easy. What we're really looking at here is GOV. not wanting to pay civilian employees what they're worth so that money can be freed up for the war, and who does the GOV. think has been covering the hospitals and other areras while the military has been otherwise occupied. Everyone will not be compensated for the work they have performed because they will be compared to all employees in other areas, is this fair? You're creating a hostile work force where everyone is back biting and turning on each other, each work area will be in chaos.
