Pay Banding - We have consistently been told that the NSPS rules and implementation guidelines have not been completed and therefore cannot be distributed to employees. We have been told that this includes how the pay banding will work and how it will affect us. If this is true, how can DFAS already be posting positions with the pay banding information for that position? Please see DFAS posting PH-05-RS169972S0 Pay Band NJ-1702-II (GS-05/08 equivalent) If the pay banding information has been determined, please release it to employees to review.
