This performance based process sounds all too familiar. It sounds more like the "good ole' boy" program where those who get along with the boss will get promoted and those who don't are out the door. As it is now, I see too many slackers who are in the bosses favor getting bonuses and QSIs while those bust their but getting left behind, how much worse is it going to get with this "performanced based" system? It will become favoritsims to the its extreme and a true "dog-eat-dog" world. Employees will become afraid to take stand, speak their mind, or even staight the truth in fear of retrobution or a bad or mediocre review that will harm their chances for a promotion. You will end up with a world of brown nosers and wormtongues and with very few true work performers. This is going to become a great system for the bosses and a nightmare for the employees. Instead of attracting good employees, it is going to keep suck-ups and brown nosers. Those who can perform well in the field but can't write very well or those who speak their mind will be on the chopping block, why, because it is happening now and it will be even more prevailent with this new NSPS system. This new system is a formula for disaster.
