I think changes need to be made to the draft. It doesnt take into account the blending of two different systems active duty are not held to the same pay system as a civ. They receive yearly cost of living in spite of a negative oer. Civilians would not fare off well under the active duty soldier because the system doesnt effect them in the same way with the decline of certain medical career retention will be very hard under this new system. thanks
