Comments:
Streamlining and increasing productivtiy is always a positive move. However, I do worry about Civilian/Military relationships. I have over 20 years of service and have seen officer after officer work in my organization. Some have come in and point blank do not like civilians and will rate them accordingly. While others appreciate the civilian work force, most are not adequately trained - Civilians are not soldiers!!! I hope this new system succeeds in it's intent and still protects those who cannot protect themselves with military supervisors who have the bad attitudes.
