Comments:
I am opposed to the proposed NSPS. Everyone must be aware of the sweeping changes that could take place, especially in the areas of pay and retention. In these uncertain times of downsizing, BRACs, etc. throughout DoD, I feel that it is vital that any changes that are made be carefully considered in light of the adverse effects that it may have on the careers of those of us who have devoted many years of hard work in Federal service.
