Just like extending enlistment terms of the military, this is just another example of Bush's "back door" draft policy. Requiring civilian employees to replace military personnel so the military can concentrate on his wars, is another way Bush can say there is no draft. Many of us who comprise the civilian work force have already done our time in the military and to require additional service is an unrealistic burden. I am against NSPS!
