Comments:
1. I feel it gives supervisors too much power. If an employee is doing an excellent job and the supervisor does not personnally care for the employee, reprocations may come unfairly. 2. Deployabliity, is very unclear. I would deploy to assist in the GWOT, but how much notice and how much time would the deployment last. 3. Too many issues are very gray with many things to be answered later.
