NSPS Someone need to take another look at this NSPS. It seem like a team of unknowlegable persons just got together and said let just change that ole system without any concern of the real people who push the government. America works hard for it country,and NSPS is shovel these new regs. There are going to be a lot of difficulities with changes. Favoritisim,unfairness to most people. Who will listen to or read our input? This new system is no way to repay the loyalty and hard work of Civil Service Employees.
