to me it seems that it will not matter what insite is put in.the powers to be are going to make this happen. for onei say leave it be.things that work should not be messed with.some of were put in positions after the last riff,.yes quilified ,but not trained and 2 years later still no schooling.at best some in shop hand on or taught by other people in the shop ,so if you slak and the say you are not up to par then you get down graded I am one of those people.I did my job for 20 in the military then 20 years DOD, and now you want to change. what about training the people for the job at hand.I have equipment on hand that I am suppose to know how to use, dollar value is about 700k. I've been told we have no $$$ to train with. so the equipment sets and I must do other things.so what is just, and I know I am not the only one..
