For god sake, anyone in DOD sees what is going on. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld is implementing the “good old boy system” again or is he trying to be a dictator because what I have read is that no one but supervision wants this. I realize that the “good old boy” system has never left DOD but This would put people in the placement to make it harder for someone who knows there job against someone who washes the bosses car to get a raise. It is putting to much power in the hands of the supervisors. They already hire who they want with no question from anyone now this will make it impossible for the merit system to work for promotions. I oppose the implementation of NSPS! If anything, the promotions should be changed from the supervisor having a say in everything to do with promotions and put it into a boards hands of random people. The Bush administration and the Republican Party have found a successful tool to destroy Unions in this country and that tool is National Security. So everything Bush or his administration has done in the 5 years is bring up National Security every time they want something or do something. If we let them do this as we let them raise the fuel in the country when will it stop! I have to follow Bush because supposedly he was hire by the people. “ I do not Believe there are that many stupid people but it happen” I do not have to agree with him at all. His administration has already set there family up for life of money. I feel that if he is not stop and the people do not do anything about this then he will be in full control of the money in this country. Bush has thrown around that National security to much. It is keeping everyone afraid of something that has always been. It has worked for all the Presidents from the forties to now we need it to stop. From Communism to National Security OK STOP already your administration is not scary. If the vice president has anything to do with it the civil service we know now will be contract. SO NO TO NSPS
