This proposal is the worst idea since Thanksgiving Day was placed on Thursday instead of Friday, the Federal Civil Service Test not being done(it did a lot to ensure qualified people who had a comprehension of basic English grammar and math got Government jobs where such knowledge is a must), and allowing Bill Clinton to get a haircut in the middle of Air Force One leaving the runway which costed us (the American taxpayer) $10,000. I would also like to make a suggestion on the resumix program if I may. It indicates "College Education", but not necessary which country. I consider the USA has a much higher standard of education (particularly college) than anywheres in the world especially Third World countries. I know of people who have gotten good Government jobs with a Third World college degree and can not cut the slack at all. Piss poor command of English language at best. There should be a block on the resumix that designates which country. Simply checking "College" had is not enough.
