DOD Employees are amongst the most loyal and diligent in the nation, but yet they are the first to be "snipered" when it comes to saving a few pennies. I, as a veteran, disagree with the NSPS program, especially when it means that a young, unknowing supervisor might have control of my life, and thus my family's welfare. I can think of nothing more that would destroy teamwork in our workplace. It may work on the outside world, where the supervisor owns the business and has his own interests in mind, but it is out of place in a government installation where teamwork is essential, and the needs of the warfighter, imperative! NO TO NSPS !
