Comments:
My supervisor will not be prepared and equipped to fairly and objectively rate my performance, and will not be held accountable for exercising his responsibility under NSPS. Here at Tobyhanna Army Depot, supervisors are rarely seen. They are too busy attending meetings or glued to the computer to be proficient at knowing what every employee is doing. This system will be very unfair, as is the present system, unless two supervisors are assigned to each section...one for paperwork and meetings and the other to supervise work.
