How is it fair to allow a supervisor to change my pay soley on the fact of how they feel about my performance. To allow me to go for years on the same schedule and then now they have the right to decrease my pay? This is not a performance based pay sysytem this is the"BUDDY BASED PAY SYSTEM" If you stand up for your rights and buck the system when managment makes a bad call, then YOU WILL BE PENALIZED!!!!! If you are a yes man and suck up or just happen to be "GOOD BUDDIES" with the supervisor, then you can expect to get a raise. This is like putting sugar on feces, no matter how much you put on it, it still tastes like feces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are wrong for what you are doing to a system that works, and for doing it without honestly representing our intrest.
