This is really taking away our rights to fair labor practices. Not getting pay raises for cost is living is very unconstuitional. The hidden way this law was passed just showes how corrupt our goverment really is. How would congressman and sentors like it if the public voted on their wages and life long benefits, they wouldn't be so eager to run for office and have to live of Riley till the day they die.
