Comments:
First question is why are we sending our comments to PEO NSPS? I want to know about the pay banding. I am a GS-4 Step 10 Secretary (318) and would like to be put in a band GS-4 through GS-6. At our installation there is only 2 of us in that grade for secretary. I am at a Step 10 and no where to go. I have been a GS-4 for 20 years. PATRICIA AMATUCCI
