I was in the military for two years and have supported our soldiers here at Ft. Campbell, KY since 1978 as a civilian. I feel that this proposed NSPS has long been needed and will afford supervisors the ability to compensate employees for what they do, not an overall across the board pay hike because of job description. Thank you for a job well done.
