I don't know about the rest of you but we have been told in our organization that we can only get "average" on our yearly ratings whereas I used to get "excellent". I don't know if other organizations on our base are being held to the same criteria or not but it sure will make a difference if they aren't because then we will never get raises while they will get all of them.
