It appears to me after reading about the NSPS, that nothing is set in stone, everything is proposed, and that when this abhorrent system is approved, the "powers that be" are going to have great power to finalize whatever they want. Unfair, unfair, unfair. How is it that I, who have spent the last 20 years supporting our warfighters, may be RIFFED, while someone who has just come on board gets to stay? There is a perception now of favoritism, what will happen when this horrendous new system is put in place, and our lives are at the whims of our Supervisors? Again - UNFAIR, UNFAIR, UNFAIR
