THE NEW RATING SYSTEM This new system that is due to be implemented would be a good system if we lived in a perfect world. You can have an excellent employee and if a superior and this individual cannot see eye to eye or there personalities clashed form the being this individual would not get a fair rating. They don't receive what is deserved much less with this new system. I have been in the system for many years and my spouse being military we have travel to many locations. I have seen what I mentioned above happen time after time. Individuals who deserve recognition are never received. I for one don't believe this new system would be fair to the employee.
