Our command did not see fit to provide us with the pertinent information about NSPS, such as the website to view the document. I received it in an email today, 11 Mar 05, from the Army NSPS Program Manager. So I only had 5 days to review it. I have scanned the information and some of the comments, but 5 days is not 30 days no matter how you cut it. So, the government strips civilian employees of their rights, we have recently seen a dramatic unjustified increase in censorship, and the federal whistleblower agency, the Office of Special Counsel, is under a gag order. Can you say FASCISM?
