Comments:
I strongly oppose NSPS regulations. I believe that it is extremely detrimental to civilian employees, and will further lower morale. I think employees will leave the government at their earliest opportunity, and highly qualified new recruits will have little interest in working for the government. NSPS regulations further empower managers and further diminish the rights of civil servants. I have served the government faithfully for 20 years, and definitely feel that I have little to look forward to.
