Comments:
1. I believe it is unfair not to give the automatic cost of living raise. I'm already at a step 10. The only raise I receive is the cost of living raise. Employees should be given something for appreciation of a job well done. 2. I also believe that the RIF process will be unfair. I have worked for Civil Service for 23 years. My time in service as well as my performance should be counted. 3. I believe there should be a fair system in place in order to stop management abuse because if a manager doesn't like you, you could get a bad performance rating. I also feel that this would cause unnecessary stress at the work place. Good morale produces good work, bad morale produces bad work. 4. I disagree with the entire change. Someone should have gotten with representatives for employees before making such a harsh change. Our nation is already in turmoil this will only magnify the situation.
