I am not interested at all in continuing efforts to implement this proposed system. The present system works well and can work well if management chooses to utilize it. Many times it's management not utilizing the system to it's fullest potential. Now you want to give them more power to under utilize and misappropriate? Why didn't the affected employees have a say in the development of this system? Why haven't we been given a choice on whether we'd like to be under this proposed system by vote? Why haven't our elected union representatives been given the opportunity to provide input during the development of this proposed system? This is a smack in the face to the thousands of men and women who are serving this country for GWOT. Shame on you.
