Concern regarding favoritism of emloyees by supervisors, because you know it will happen. Ensure employees are reviewed on performance reviews fairly and consistently across the board. The changing of the Reduction in Force procedure in regards to seniority. Employees who have worked for the government for a while should have some priority consideration. Continuing good government service should count for something. Employees rights are in regards to union representation is being taken away. Concern with employee schedules being changed without sufficient advance notice. If managers/supervisors did their job, there would be no concern about taking care of disciplinary actions with employees. Supervisors just need to document employee records and take the time to follow the proper procedures. It may take time to take care of employees with disciplinary problems, but it can be done. There are a lot of unanswered concerns/questions in the regulations that need to be changed or addressed still.
