Contrary to Military Personnel, who are aware of possible and probable deployment to hostile environment, and who are required to have back up people to be guardians of their children upon departure, how are single civilian parents going to be considered in those situations? When a single parent has small children in school and they do not have any relatives living close to be guardians of their children? Considering that the deplyment won't be voluntary, but forced, is the civilian employeed going to be conpensated for the additional costs incurring in providing a guardian for his/her children? What will happen if the employee does not have anybody to rely upon?
