Comments:
I believe that the NSPS system will destroy all public relations within a set working environment. The system is unfair to the everyday hard worker, and not everyone should be subject to serving in the dangerous environments of wartime just because they are a government employee.,and how can you allow one man to decide how much amount of money a employee makes,that alone takes away comfort within a job position. I'm very certain that the NSPS will create the hostile working environment that I don't want to work in. Why change something that's not broken, the system we currently have has worked for years, yes it needs some changes but it doesn't need a whole new plan that implaments the good ol' boys network which already exists, but this new plan will take it to a whole new level where everything will be unjust and give the government a very bad image. I don't agree with the NSPS and I don't want to work under the NSPS plan. In god we trust not NSPS.
