Comments:
To whom it may concern I feel that this system strips the employees of the DOD of the basics rights of employment law. One of the provisins replaces seniorty with performance based criteria. I feel that this is discrimatory since age discriminatory is against the law and since the people with the most seniorty are older employees this is wrong . I do not wish to work under such a system on favoritism and comforty. I am against being deploy , I have helped with the mission . I have been in this sysem for 19 years I am not young my health is not the best and having parents that are ill who is going to take care of my situation ,this is wrong .
