This NSPS is another planned phase of the FASCIST administration policy that is destroying everything this nation stands for. Every bill and regulation that has been initiated since the Bush administration has been in office parallels that of Hitler in Nazi Germany during his tenure. Read the history timeline. It is published fact. This NSPS is NOT necessary. It is a direct attack on Civil service working men and womens rights. The only reason it exists is because it was a RIDER on another budget bill passed by the Republican majority in the house.No one in the Civil Service with the exception of Bush's appointed cronies supports this.
