RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82-Subpart C-Classification-This sytem on pay has been working well. If you change this to where the managers are in charge of pay raises then the people who do work hard will suffer and boss's friends and buddies will prosper and the distribution would be unfair and not regulated. Subpart-E-Staffing and Employment-I need my Performance Standards for RIF or other lay offs. If you let just the managers decide, it would put into effect the Good Old Boys factor. The manager would lay off a good worker to keep their friends and buddies aboard. It's not supposed to work that way, but it will. Seen it before. Subpart H-Appeals-There would be no rights for employees. This would take us back to 1930's. We would not have unions to stand up for employees or any arbitration to go through. It would be if your boss doesn't like you, you're fired. What about the USC Chapter 71 Employees Rights?
