Subpart A: General Provision Your proposal is misleading. I know there is more regulations on DOD'S chopping block other than the laws on hours of work, altenative work schedules, annual leave, sick leave, family and medical leave, workers compensation, retirement, life and health insurance, veterans preference in hiring and reduction in force. Do this mean that DOD can and will waive regulations on all the laws above especially promotions? When it comes to reduction in force, veterans will no longer have preference over non veterans. This is cruel and not fair because these people served this so call FREE country whether it were WAR or just their tour of duty.
