Comments:
Pay for Performance is not a new concept in the private sector. I feel that Pay Banding will in fact bring the government more in line with the real world. This is vital if we are to maintain a competitive edge and preclude many government jobs from being contracted out. The only people that have anything to fear with pay for performance are marginal performers. It's time to weed out the slackers. I wholeheartedly support NSPS!
