If pay for performance is such a great idea and will work wonders throughout the Government then lets impliment it for everyone. This includes elected officials and the Military. Why should just the civilian populous benefit from this wonderful opportunity?As voters we should rate our Politicians on their performance and look what a great morale booster that will be for them!
