Subpart C Pay Sections 9901.301 to 9901.373: There is nothing wrong with the pay system DOD employees have been working under. It's not broke; don't fix it. Since pay raises are dependent upon the immediate supervisor, shouldn't there be some type guidelines for a minimum and maximum % of increases. Subpart D Performance Management- 9901.401 to 9901.611: There should be an appeals process to grieve a performance appraisal that an employee disagrees with.
