I am in agreement with the local union views, of years of dedicated service does not matter under this new system, if a newer co-worker gets a higer rating within a 3yr period that person has perference in a RIF. I am a civilian, I am not a deployable asset, I have always been a civilian. My biggest concern is there are no controls over management decisions, if a manger does not like you for a personal reason, your career is on the line! This is not good for anyone. I see morale declining, and management taking advantage of thier positions. Who will control management, under this new process?
