I am extremely upset that my financial future would be left in the hands of my manager. With the escade of EEO and Union complaints that I have personally witnessed in the Federal Government, how could there possibly be any justice with this proposal? This proposal will open doors to astronomical law suits. In a time of so many uncertainties, failed businesses, job losses, war and anxiety, federal employment has been a firm support for many Americans. Don't crumble our foundation. My family is of utmost importance to me. They need me and I need them. When I accepted my job, I accepted the location of my choice. I realized my obligations and made my choices accordingly. If there is one area that America suffers in, it is a lack strong family units. Please consider the importance of family togetherness. No one needs to be snatched from their families unvoluntarily. Although, I highly respect and appreciate our soldiers, I am not one nor do I desire to be. One thing our government preaches is democracy for the world. What about here at HOME? I would like to reiterate that I do not want my financial future left in the hands of my mananger or any other manager. I DO NOT have confidence in the fair treatment of employees here in America. Thank God many laws have been put in place to leviate unjust treament, however, that do not change the hearts of biased people. This proposal would be sabbotage to the American Federal Workers.
