I feel that this whole change is for the better of the Employer and not the Employee. There is to much room for the BROWN NOSER to gain positions, title, and increase in pay. The employee that is out of sight is out of mind and that is just what will happen to all employees that are not in the same office as the supervisor. This whole change just reaks of a bad ordor that will not be able to be masked or gotten rid of. This whole change had to be dreamed up by the SES personnel and nothing was considered or allowed any input by us the workers. I honestly feel that all the comments will be put in file 13 and this change will be done, like it or not. Go back to the drawing board and this time get some of the workers to help redesign the system not just the head shead folks.
