THIS DOCUMENT IS TO COMPLICATE TO PROVIDE ANY USEFUL COMMENTS OTHER THAN THE FACTS THAT RACISM IS TO PREVALENT TO GIVE THE SUPERVISOR UNCHECKED POWER. THERE IS NO PREFECT SOLUTION, YOU MUCH APPRECIATE THAT THE GOOD OLE BOY SYSTEM IS A REALITY IN THE WORK PLACE. IF THE INTENT IS TO CAUSE MORE CHAOS AND DISCORD THEN THIS SYSTEM IF IMPLEMENTED WILL CERTAIN CAUSE THAT. THE PRESENT SYSTEM ISN'T BROKEN EVEN THROUGH RACISM IN THE US GOVERNMENT IS A REALITY. THE PRESENT SYSTEMS WORKS BECAUSE THE PAY IS CONTROL AT A HIGHER LEVEL. RECOMMENDATION DON'T IMPLEMENT UNLESS THE WORKS CAN BE PROTECTED.
